2. Meet Your Team
Time: 5 minutes each
Who: You, Your Upline Sponsor, PLUS any member of your support team
Activity: Phone call
Goal: You know other members of your support team. You have discussed and outlined an agreed-upon work approach.
Step 2 is meeting some of the people on your upline support team that can help guide you to success. This often involves discussing your goals and game plan, which will be outlined in great detail in Step 3.
You have met the person who directly introduced you to AmeriPro Fitness; now make sure you've met (over the phone or in-person) other people on your team who are responsible for your success. These are the people who will offer support, guidance and be answering questions for you and your people.
As part of the introduction process, you'll want to know their full name; a little about their family and/or professional background; a little about their background with AmeriPro Fitness; where they live and their time zone; the times during the week they're available to help you; and the best way to contact them (e.g., Do they prefer you reach them on their home phone? cellphone? etc. What is their email address?).
Although you will be working most directly with your immediate upline sponsor, you want to make sure you have this team information for the times when you may be working with other members of your AmeriPro Fitness Support Team. As part of a good working relationship, you always want to try to schedule appointments in advance. For some people, this may mean purchasing a Day Planner.
One of the most important aspects of get started in your AmeriPro Fitness business is knowing when and where you will invest effective work time on a weekly basis.
Numerous studies have proven that writing down when, where and what will be accomplished dramatically increases the likelihood of success. To read some remarkable studies on this topic, you may wish to read this short excerpt from 'The Power of Full Engagement' (an excellent book!).
Knowing that "writing down when and where" will greatly increase your likelihood of being successful with AmeriPro Fitness, why wouldn't you use this information to your benefit and enjoy more success right out of the gate? Here's what to do:
1. First, have a Weekly Calendar, that way the team calls will be easily available for you.
2. Next, use a pen to clearly show when and where you will personally work your AmeriPro Fitness business on a weekly basis on your Calendar. As you do this, make sure you are taking into account what are realistically the best times, knowing your work schedule and family time. IMPORTANT! Make sure you consult and/or share this information with family members, and share why this is important to and a benefit to the family, so you can get as much family support as possible for your needs during your "work time".
3. Next, share your AmeriPro Fitness schedule with your Upline Sponsor(s), so they can work most effectively with you, too!
4. Finally, post this calendar somewhere very visible to you in your daily home/work environment, and use it to plan your week, hold yourself accountable to your weekly goals and activity, and work effectively with your Mentoring and Support Team in AmeriPro Fitness.
